We aim to deliver all orders in line with the stated delivery times however sometimes events outside of our control may cause a delay to these times. For additional information on your order please contact customer services.

Taxes and Duties

Due to the differences of custom policy in different countries, and for the convenience of our operating procedure, please keep in mind that the product value that is written on the commercial invoice is 30% less than the purchased value. This way we could hep our customers from different countries avoid a little custom duties. If you would like to have the full amount of the purchased value on the invoice, please drop us a note. We will be gladly adjust it for you.

Faster Delivery?

If you would like to have a faster delivery, please feel free to contact our customer services, we would adjust the shipping plan according to your needs.

Order Process Time?

Please keep in mind that once the order has been placed, it would take 2-3 days to prepare and process the order due to the high demand.

Tracking My order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution center you will be sent a confirmation email with your courier tracking number and link to the couriers web site. You can check your order by entering the tracking number under the link below https://www.17track.net/en

Order More than One Item?

Please note that  If you are purchasing more than one item, your order will be dispatched only once all items are in stock. And it will be dispatched into multiple packages once the overall weight has surpassed 2kg.

Change of the Address?

You can always change the address if your order hasn't been dispatched from our distribution center. However, once it is dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the address. If you need to change your address, please contact our customer service by email or by sending us an SMS, we will handle it as soon as possible.
