Hebe's Closet Returns Policy

Complimentary returns are offered on all online purchases.

A request to return merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the order. Once the return request is granted, you (the customer) will be issued a Return Merchandise  Authorization (RMA) number which will enable you to arrange a return at your convenience.

Before returns:

Please do not return your order to the warehouse without advising our customer care team first. The warehouse are unable to process the refund if the parcel has not been acknowledged on the system.

Return Product Conditions:

We do not accept:

  1. Without original packaging
  2. Without security tags
  3. Worn, used, altered or damaged items
  4. Return because of not reading instructions and ordering the wrong size.

We offer return or exchange to customers who have read our size chart and followed our size guide instructions.

However, for customers who haven’t read our size chart or ordered wrong size due to their own mistake, we do not offer return, but we do offer exchange in any case.

In case of return or exchange, we do not cover the return cost. However, returning an item shouldn’t be that costly to customers from the following countries, because we provide domestic returning address.

    • Belgium covering also Netherlands

    • Italy
    • Spain
    • Canada
    • For customers from other countries, please contact our customer service for further information.

    We do offer exchanges online, a refund will be processed, or a store credit will be issued.

    Please be advised that we are unable to refund the duties and taxes on returned orders.
